I created Called to Grow for Christian counselors, pastoral counselors, life coaches, pastors, and other faith-based helpers who feel called to help people and want to build a healthy, flourishing practice.
This isn’t simply about getting more clients. It’s about Kingdom impact.

Before people invite you into the messy parts of their lives, they need a reason to trust you.
In this lesson, we’ll talk about trustworthiness, competence, and one of the most powerful ways to build credibility: give away something helpful before someone ever becomes your client.
Your challenge: Create one piece of free, helpful content.
VIDEO 4 — LIKE
Give People a Reason to Like You
Being good at what you do matters—but so does how people experience you.
In this lesson, we’ll talk about warmth, connection, excellent service, and why growing your practice is a little like giving a great haircut.
Competence + Warmth = Charisma
Your challenge: Evaluate your client experience from beginning to end.
