Stuck no more!

Get up. Get moving. Shake off the dust.

You’ve been stuck. You feel out of control. There’s a canyon between where you are and where you want to be, and every step feels like wading through molasses. Not enough. Not tall enough. Not smart enough. Not worthy enough. The spaghetti of anxious thoughts trips you—untied shoes in a hurry. Other people’s opinions bruise you like a stadium of boos. The kryptonite of your soul binds you; a tether wraps around you like a string on an elephant’s neck.

That string should have snapped when you were small. Now you’re a grown elephant—you have the strength to break it—but helplessness taught you to stop pulling. So you stay. You wait. You whisper to yourself that you’ll try again tomorrow.

Today I’m the coach clapping loud, lifting my voice: today is day one, not one day. Get up. Move.

Ask yourself: what is the one thing you are most afraid of? Not to endanger yourself—just one bold step toward that fear. Move closer. Fear shrinks when you approach it.

Is it a closet of clutter? Start by removing one box. Is it a hard conversation? Write the first sentence and send it. Is it the gym for the first time? Put your clothes on and go—don’t think, move. Is it ending a relationship that’s eating you alive? Don’t let another day slip away. Is it quitting alcohol, or sugar, or whatever has a hold on you? Begin now.

Fear is not defeated by avoidance. It’s defeated by motion—by small, faithful acts of courage. The power of God, my encouragement, and the great cloud of witnesses stand with you. You matter because God says you matter. You are loved. Let that love invade you from the inside out, and then run toward the life God is calling you to.

I dare you: step. There are genius ideas, cures, and songs in the hearts of people who never shared because they felt inadequate. Don’t bury your treasure. Don’t let your legacy be found only after you’re gone.

If this stirs you—let it be the Holy Spirit’s nudge. Share. Move. Start. Go. Sitting idle is not an option anymore.

HE told me to tell you……
